Legislation

Purpose:

To maintain the currency of the 3CATA Constitution and Bylaws and the 3C2A Constitution and Bylaws and to research and prepare additions to the 3C2A Constitution and Bylaws from the athletic training perspective.

Current Project:

We are going to revisit the election process for 3CATA board members in the 3CATA Constitution.   We are not having elections as outlined in the constitution and if you are elected as a VP it is a 9-year service instead of 3 as outlined in the constitution.
