3CATA Membership
Membership in the 3CATA is a vital componenet of the purpose, function and operation of the association. The collective voice of its membership enable the 3CATA to effect change and direction of policy and procedure with regard to the purpose, function and implementation of Athletic Training at community colleges in the state of California.
Membership is current from July 1st to June 30th and must be renewed each fiscal year. Below are links to an application, a quote for membership that can be submitted to your supervisor and a W9 form that your business office may require.

Submit quote to supervisor or business office with the W9 form. Some institutions will then need a purchase order. They can be requested at

Business office may need this to make the 3CATA a vendor at your institution. They may also require additional information that con be obtained by contacting the 3CATA treasurer.

Make sure that a membership application is submitted if making a payment so that the directory can be updated with your current information
