2021 Athletic Trainer of the Year: Chad Peters

The California Community College Athletic Trainers Association is proud to announce the 2021 Athletic Trainer of the year is Chad Peters from the College of the Canyons.

Chad has been very active in the CCCATA for the last 9 years.  He served 6 years as the Southern California vice president and 3 years as the president of the CCCATA.  Chad continues to be involved with the association and assisting the athletic training community.  He has spent 14 years as an athletic trainer at the community college level and has continued his career as an associate athletic director for the last 6 years.  Even though his role has changed he has remained committed to the field of athletic training.  He has been committed to improve the role of athletic trainers at the community college level.
